Lois has been teaching and leading with the Lethbridge School Division for over 20 years, with experience in elementary/middle schools from Kindergarten to Grade 8. Lois completed her M.Ed. degree at the University of Lethbridge focusing on Literacy and Leadership. She is an advocate for being intentional personally and professionally. Focused on equitable classrooms that leverage student strengths, Lois is using her role as a Vice Principal to promote strong relationship building and positive school culture. Passionate about literacy and leadership, she believes that inclusive classrooms thrive by listening to the stories of others.
